IT'S ALL IN OUR NAME
Our business was based on exchanging broken clickers in partial credit for new
or rebuilt clickers. We've been doing it since 1992. However, it is only now that we have brought this
capability to the web.
Here we describe how the online exchange process works, so you will know what to
expect. It's actually a very easy process.
NOTE: We will only give credit for the number of clickers purchased.
If you have broken clickers you would like to sell, call us. We extend this $10.00 per clicker exchange
credit as a courtesy discount to our customers. $10.00 greatly exceeds the value of a broken clicker.
HERE'S HOW IT ALL WORKS...
PLACING THE EXCHANGE ORDER
Add your LIQ-TROL Clickers to your basket as normal. (You can use exchange credit
for either New or Rebuilt clickers.)
After adding the clickers, you will see the option to purchase a "UPS Return Shipping
Label" Add this item to your cart as well. (Notice at this point the price of the UPS Return Shipping label
is only $0.50)
Once you have everything you want in your cart including this label, check out as
normal
RECEIVING ITEMS ORDERED
When you receive your shipment your shipping label will be enclosed in the box with
your order. DO NOT throw the label or the box away, as you will need them to ship your broken clickers back to
us.
RETURNING BROKEN CLICKERS
Follow these simple instructions:
- Place the broken clickers back into the box in which you received your order.
- Affix the return label over the existing shipping label.
- Give the box to your UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS shipping location.
CALCULATING YOUR CREDIT
Once we receive your broken clickers, we will use the following method to
determine the credit amount.
- First we determine whether you purchased New or Rebuilt Liq-Trols.
- Then we multiply the number of broken clickers by $10.00 if you purchased Rebuilt Liq-Trols or
$5.00 if you purchased New Liq-Trols.
- Multiplying the total by the tax rate (if any) you paid on your order then adding; results in the
Gross Credit amount.
- Finally, we subtract the UPS Return Shipping amount giving us your Net Credit.
EXAMPLE:
A Customer returns 5 Broken Clickers after buying Rebuilt Clickers:
We multiply the 5 Broken Clickers by $10.00 which gives us $50.00
In his original order, this customer paid Sales Tax at a rate of 6.5%
So multiplying $50.00 by 6.5% returns $3.25 which we add to the $50.00
This gives us a Gross Credit amount of $53.25
The in this example the return shipment cost is $5.95 which we subtract.
This gives us a Net Credit of $47.30
RECEIVING YOUR CREDIT
You will receive your credit based on the way your order was paid. If your order
was placed using a credit card, we will refund the Net Credit to that same credit card. If you mailed a check,
money order or if your order was shipped COD, we will mail a check in the Net Cedit amount to the address
the order was shipped.
