Yes, there are many factors which can affect the
prices of our products. These factors are not under our control. The costs of parts are always
fluctuating. Our goal is to keep the prices as low as possible for our customers. But Clicker Exchange, L.C.
can not guarantee these prices will remain the same. Buying while prices are low is in your best interest.

Yes, all transactions are secured with 128 bit encryption. No
credit card information is stored anywhere on our web site. Credit cards transactions are handled

What happens with information I provide to www.clickerexchange.com?
At the current time, the only information retained is your name,
company name, and email, billing, and shipping addresses. This information is e-mailed to our sales department
and is only used to complete transactions and ship products to you. At a future date we may provide a monthly news letter,
only subscribers of this news letter will receive it. You will NOT be automatically enrolled to receive the newsletter.

Does Clicker Exchange, L.C. offer a warranty?
All new LIQ-TROL clickers have a one year warranty
and all rebuilt LIQ-TROL clickers have a 90 day warranty. Other products may also
qualify for warranty. Customer satisfaction is very important to us here at Clicker
Exchange. So, if you have a problem with an item and believe a manufacturer defect is
responsible, contact us and we will do what we can to make it right with
you. However, if the product has been abused in any way including neglecting to
clean the item properly, we cannot warrant the product.

Does Clicker Exchange, L.C. accept online checks?
No, not at the present time. However, we expect that this option will soon be available.
If you need to mail in the order with a check, you can use the shopping cart to do this. Simply print
the shopping cart with all of the items you desire. (Utah residents, be sure to include 6.6% for Utah Sales Tax)

Why does it take so much longer when I mail a check verses paying via credit card?
This is due to the time it takes the order and check to get to us. There may also be a delay to verify
funds in your checking account.
(Clicker Exchange may charge $25.00 for each returned check.)
