How to Use the LIQ-TROL Dispenser
Applying Dispenser to Bottle

- Your LIQ-TROL dispenser will adapt to any bottle. You'll notice the flexible rubber collar at the dispenser's base. Note the screw-type threading inside the collar.
- Place the full bottle on a flat, solid surface with the front label facing you.
- With the trigger facing away from your palm, grip the body with all four fingers and your thumb on top. (Fig. #1)
- Position dispenser on mouth of bottle with trigger facing you.
- Push down on dispenser until mouth of bottle contacts molded thread. (Light application of tap water to inside of rubber may ease application to larger bottle necks.)
- Give the unit a half turn clockwise or until the handle faces opposite the large label (Fig. #2). For bottles with no threading simply stretch the adapter over the lip of the bottle, approaching it from an angle. In some cases it may be necessary to remove the bottle's built-in pouring system. We suggest a pair of pliers.
How to Pour From the LIQ-TROL Dispenser

- For easiest use, bottles should stand upright with the dispenser trigger facing away from you.
- When picking up the bottle place one finger (index or trigger) around trigger. DO NOT USE THUMB. (Fig. #3). Your thumb should secure the grip on the dispenser. (Fig. #4)
- Depress the trigger. Then tip the bottle at a 45 degree angle as you proceed
to the glass.
- Wait momentarily as the air bubbles flow out then release trigger. Be certain dispenser is extended across the opening of the glass to be even with the outer edge. (Fig. #5)
- More than one shot may be dispensed in rapid succession by depressing and releasing the trigger. It is not necessary to return the bottle to an upright position for each pump. In no time at all you may serve up to 25 drinks per minute. Replace bottle on shelf with trigger facing away from you.
IMPORTANT: Always depress the trigger prior to inverting bottle. This
increases speed and guards against liquor residue from the previous pouring from spilling.
How to Remove LIQ-TROL Dispenser From Empty Bottle

- With an open hand, wrap your fingers around the dispenser, positioning two fingers on the rubber collar and two fingers on the body. The trigger should face away from you.
- Occasionally the adapter will seal itself to the bottle. Turn unit slightly clockwise to break seal, then turn unit one half turn counter clockwise to release threads.
- Lift and pry the dispenser simultaneously from the bottle neck. (Fig. #6)
Care and Cleaning of Your LIQ-TROL Dispenser
(WASH DISPENSER FREQUENTLY)

- Simply dip each unit (while on bottle) (Fig. #7) into warm water and swish for a few moments each day.
- Be certain all water is drained from unit before replacing on shelf.
- Occasionally, the sugar in cordials will crystallize or cake inside the body if allowed to stand several days. This may cause the trigger to freeze. DO NOT FORCE HANDLE. Remove the dispenser from the bottle, unscrew the rubber adapter from the top, drop out the white disks and place dispenser, rubber adapter and all disks in warm water until clean.
Failure to follow these precautions may cause meters to stick, plungers to freeze,
or formation of syrup on outside of bottle. Remember, LIQ-TROL is a quality product designed to deliver years of accurate use if treated properly.
- Do Not Wash In Extremely Hot Water
- Never Place Unit In Automatic Dishwasher
